Department of Cardiology
The Division of Cardiology at the Yonsei University Health System has taken a leading role in the cardiovascular diseases of Korea from the early days to the present. In the future, the Division of Cardiology can be more helpful to the patients of heart disease through more active clinical therapies as well as basic studies of various cardiovascular diseases such as arteriosclerosis, mechanism for restenosis of coronary angioplasty, development of stent, stem cell grafting, hyperlipidemia and arrhythmia.
