Clinical Procedures
The fellows will be able to observe or participate in :
- Right side catheterization
- Cardiac biopsy
- Coronary angiography
- LVAD optimization
- Vascular function laboratory
Research training
You will have opportunities to get involved in research activities. We have tremendous resources, including extensive procedural databases, statistics, and access to the medical library and e-journals.
With guidance of your faculty mentor, you will pursue short or long-term projects and submit abstract to domestic or international meetings. You will also be able to publish highly recognized surgical journals with the cooperation with faculties, Korean and international fellows.
Academic Activities
Trainees will be able to participate in :
1. Cardiometabolic conference (Every 2nd Thursday 7.15 am)
2. Cardiac Wellness Center Conference (Bi-weekly, Wednesday 5pm)
3. Heart Failure Joint Conference (Monthly, Wednesday 5pm)
4. Cardiovascular aging and metabolic Conference (Bi-weekly, Wednesday 12:30pm)
