International trainees who wish to extend their fellowship must gain approval from their supervising professor and inform Severance Academy one month prior to the final date of the initial period.

Trainees who need to change their visa from C-3-1(short-term) to D-4-2(long term) must inquire the coordinators at Severance Academy at least two months in advance and follow their instructions.

The administration fee must be paid according to the training type(observation/hands-on practice) of the additional period of fellowship.
