1. 대상사업 : 국제개발협력 사업
가. 상세 : 공공기관이 개발도상국의 결제 발전과 사회복지 증진을 목표로 제공하는 원조
나. 예시 : 한국국제협력단(KOICA), 한국국제보건의료재단(KOFIH), 대외경제협력기금(EDCF),
한국연구재단 등 대한민국 정부의 공적개발원조 기관의 재원으로 실시하는 사업
(민관협력 사업 포함)

나. 사업 전후 관리를 통한 통합적 / 일관된 사업관리 지원
